Property Management Excellence for Condo and HOA Communities

New Star Properties is the condo/HOA association division of Realty Management Partners. Since our launch in 2015 when we started with zero clients or staff, New Star has become recognized as the name in association management excellence. Although financial sustainability planning often reflects a huge asset to condo/HOA communities, Boards appreciate our proactive support and follow through along with consistent communication.

New Star's service area includes New Hampshire, including the Lakes Region and Seacoast, as well as all southern communities. In addition, New Star is now supporting communities in Northern Massachusetts.

With the 2025 merger with Integrated Realty Resource (IRR), New Star is now part of Realty Management Partners with extended resource capabilities for very complex capital projects and enlarged maintenance operations staff. While the New Star and IRR merger brings additional strength to New Star's traditional community management capabilities, the larger team is engaged with multifamily and commercial space investors. With New Star's client list now extending beyond 3500 condominium units, the key operative word supporting our condo board clients is "Collaboration".
