As a management team we recognize that commercial space must be fully functional and that the property's condition is a reflection not only on a tenant’s business -- a critical component to their success, but on the value of the property itself.  Operating proactively, New Star collaborates with you to understand your business/investment objectives, work to maintain the property's market value, while being keyed into the expectations of tenants to ensure satisfaction with their leased space and a fair return on market rents.  For new tenants requiring building fit up, New Star can manage specifications and the construction process to meet timetables and budget objectives.

Methodically, New Star starts at the “top line” of the Income Statement. We collaborate with commercial brokers routinely to understand market rents and space trends.  When vacancies are anticipated, New Star enlists the brokerage community to identify the best fit for the opening space.  While the premises are always kept at a “show level”, empty space is clean and neat, speaking “welcome" to prospective tenants and, in turn, their employees and clientele.

In operation, cost structure is optimized both to maintain routine upkeep as well as long term capital replacements. Partnering with dependable contractors, keeping the communication channels wide open along with transparency, New Star works to earn your business everyday. Utilizing the Appfolio software management system, our clients and tenants have easy, online access to the New Star Portal which can be used for rent payments, submitting work orders and access to financial reports and property documents. ​Our regular services include:
