Aaron Bennett

Aaron Bennett

As the owner and principal engineer of Criterium-Bennett Engineers, Aaron has been involved in over 250 engineering projects, which have included 62 reserve studies for HOAs, COAs, and churches, 75 structural inspections, 52 residential home inspections, 20 commercial property condition assessments, and 6 cost segregation studies. In 2019, Criterium-Bennett Engineers was awarded a reserve study for the largest association in the state of New Hampshire at the time, which included 495 units and 178 buildings.


Mr. Bennett is a Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified Draftsman. His project management expertise, property investigative skills, and adoption of new technology to improve services enable him to work closely with the condominium's Board of Directors, property managers, local contractors, town officials, and regulatory agencies.

John Bisson

John Bisson

John is a real estate attorney and the managing partner of the Manchester-based law firm Cronin Bisson & Zalinsky, P.C. He manages the firm's condominium and homeowner association representation and the title company, Barristers Title & Closing Services. He advises community associations, large and small, and handles commercial and residential real estate transactions and development projects, including condominium conversions, subdivisions, and municipal and state approvals. John is a licensed agent for First American Title Insurance Company.


John has conducted seminars for the New Hampshire Business Institute, New Hampshire Realtors, condominium association boards, and new lawyers. He is a member of the Community Associations Institute, the American Land Title Association, and state and local bar associations.

Bryan Bouchard

Bryan Bouchard

Bryan has been a full-time faculty member in the Accountancy and Taxation Department at Southern New Hampshire University School of Business since 2003. From 2015 to 2018, he served as co-chair of the department and is the recipient of several excellence awards for organization and teaching. He is also a Certified Management Accountant and owns a portfolio of residential and commercial properties located throughout New Hampshire.


Currently, Bryan is the Board Chair for Easter Seals of NH & VT, a board member for the NH Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants, the Treasurer of the Carrington Farms, Regency Hill, and Parkview Place condo associations, and also serves on the Financial Careers Committee of the NH Society of CPAs.
